On Constellations

As you may already know, I’ve worked as a psychologist for nearly 20 years. My experience has enabled me to discern effective psychological strategies from ineffective ones, guiding my attempts to help people. I’ve realized that constellations, a practice you may not have heard about, is among the most effective ways to uproot trauma and unconscious problems and heal. Let me explain.

Constellations allow me, as a psychologist, to enter your energetic field and understand:

• Your involvement in hierarchies, namely your tendency to consider yourself as lesser than other people.
• Your balance of giving and receiving. If you give too much, you will grow aggressive. If you receive too much, you will feel depressed.
• The people you refuse to accept.

Constellations, as you see, help me penetrate your unconscious mind and connect with your energy, all to uproot unconscious trauma and heal.
