and it’s time I shared it with you!
Part I
A few days back, I had the pleasure to be interviewed on GB News, where I explained exactly why people are single in 2023!
I believe it’s time I shared this with you.
In this day and age, many prefer to separate than to invest effort into their relationships. I could find better, they tell themselves. My next partner will be times better, stronger, and richer than my current partner. The prince is out there, and he will find me.
Too bad these are mere delusions–lies we tell ourselves to justify breaking up. If you want your relationship to work out, there are 3 things you must do.
First, invest time, effort, and patience into it. As I outlined during my interview, I work two jobos: I run a business during the day, and I run a family after that. I spend time to come up with activities, conversation topics, and shared experiences that can drive my family closer.
Second, work on yourself. If you have lots of unhealed traumas, you will never be able to establish a mature relationship with someone else. Your trauma will remain in control of you, and you will attract the wrong partners. If you crave a fulfilling relationship, you’ve got to create one with yourself first.
Third, don’t give up. Marriage is hard work, and it never ends. You never stop pouring more into your marriage. Dating does not end at the altar. It continues well into the grave, if I can put it that way. Make the effort to look great, flirt with your husband, and stay his girlfriend–even if you’ve been married for decades.
Do you want to learn more about dating, having a functional marriage, and being happy in love? Stay tuned. The second part to this article is coming soon.
Until then, you can steam my interview here!
