Theory (8 hours)

  • History and directions in sexology (from Freud to modern science).
  • Biology & physiology of sexuality (anatomy, hormones, sexual development).
  • Psychology of sexuality (libido, sexual scripts, fantasies).
  • Sexual dysfunctions (premature ejaculation, anorgasmia, low libido).
  • Sexual development: childhood, adolescence, adulthood.
  • Sexuality & culture: norms, taboos, social influences.
  • Ethics & boundaries in sexology practice.

Practice (8 hours)

  • Body-based practices for awareness of sexual energy.
  • Breathwork, relaxation, and somatic awareness.
  • Methods for working with couples: communication, agreements, safe space.
  • Role plays for dialogue on sexual issues.
  • Working with shame and body blocks.

Case Studies (8 hours)

  • Clients with anxious/avoidant attachment styles and their impact on sexuality.
  • Different levels of libido in a couple.
  • Common complaints: “I don’t want sex,” “he/she wants more/less.”
  • Arousal, orgasm, and desire issues.
  • Sexual trauma and post-traumatic recovery.
  • Infidelity and relationship crises.
  • Participant case studies and supervision.

Tantra Practices (8 hours – bonus)

  • Foundations of the tantric approach to sexuality.
  • Energy work with the body and breath.
