You need to forgive or be forgiven by someone else. You carry a lot of guilt in you. The time has come for you to forgive yourself first and accept yourself as you are. When you forgive yourself, others will forgive you. Do not blame others. Remember you’re just human. You’re just another woman or just another man. Stop being so critical of yourself and others.
