5-Day Curriculum

Day 1: Systems & the Field

Introduction to Family Constellations
The core laws: Belonging, Order, Balance
Understanding the field, representative perception, and system dynamics
Mapping your genogram and recognizing hidden patterns

Day 2: Parents — Source of Life & Inner Strength

The roles of mother and father in systemic dynamics
Emotional entanglements and inherited roles
The link between parents and personal power, money, relationships
Healing the inner child and shifting into adult positioning

Day 3: Unconscious Loyalties & Inherited Trauma

Identifying repeated generational patterns (loss, illness, scarcity, etc.)
Understanding “merged identities” and systemic burdens
Techniques to release what is not yours
Navigating emotions: guilt, shame, fear, grief

Day 4: Love, Relationships & Children

Systemic roots of conflict, separation, and emotional blocks
The invisible impact of ex-partners, abortions, and ancestral traumas
Partner dynamics and parent-child constellations
Recognizing hidden loyalty in romantic and family life

Day 5: Facilitator Skills & the Path Ahead

How to lead a session: structure, safety, grounding
Practitioner ethics, boundaries, and trauma awareness
Online vs. in-person facilitation
Building your practice: niche, offers, pricing, confidence
