I’ve been a business owner since 2011. Yet, the first time I presented myself as a businesswoman was just a few years ago. Until that point, my business was merely a hobby–something I did for my own enjoyment. A session with my therapist helped me recognise that I was looking at it wrong! I was a business owner, and I did not have to be afraid of that. I had to be proud. As soon as I accepted this to be the case, I felt better. Nothing had changed on the outside, but I felt more confident. I was still doing the same thing, but I could now help a greater number of people.

I CAN NOW PROUDLY SAY “I AM A BUSINESS LADY.’ I am a woman who is both happy in her relationship and in her career.
