“This Academy was very intense for me. I completed so many practices, homework assignments, and challenges. We did so much work! It’s natural that something as intense can make us feel stressed. Yes, this was hard. It was a great challenge, especially towards the end, when we were preparing our first seminars and doing a lot of public speaking. We did it all! Following my seminar, I remember looking at the video recording and wondering how I had managed to do this. How did I manage to speak in front of such a large audience and lead a seminar? I had zero experience!
