Do not masturbate after sex

[vc_row el_class=”page-row”][vc_column][vc_column_text]I have a boyfriend and we have regular sex for over a year now…but when he is gone I masturbate. Is this normal?

Masturbation is one of the most natural forms of sex despite there are a lot of myth around it.

1. Myth: We should punish children for masturbating.
True: The first masturbation may happen when we are several years old. A child who is 3 to 5 years of age may have an orgasm! If your child plays with his/her genitals please don’t punish him or her for doing something wrong. You will only give him/her insecurities that this is something wrong. The right reaction is to say: it’s normal to play like that but this is an intimate thing to do, keep it for yourself, don’t show it to people.

2. Myth: If you have regular sex you shouldn’t masturbate.
Truth: Even if you have a steady partner you can still masturbate. The partner is not always available. Masturbation has its own special sensations that are not to be missed on.

3. Myth: Don’t do it in front of your partner.
Truth: Additional stimulation with fingers during sex is often the only way the woman can have an orgasm. Besides, usually men enjoy watching the woman touch herself.

4. Myth: It is bad for health.
Truth: People who masturbate maintain the tonus of their genitals and this is why they are more lively and happier.

5. Myth: The partner will be happy if I masturbate after sex.
Truth: This way you tell him: “You are no good.” This will hurt him a lot. Masturbate during sex, not after this!
